On the Glen Ireh Estate outside Launceston, Adams produces single malt whisky and gin that keeps collecting hardware — the Sloe Gin took Australia's best at the 2025 World Gin Awards, the Coffee Whisky Liqueur scored double gold at the Wine & Spirits World Trophy Competition, and the Temptation Edition won at the 2021 World Whiskies Awards. Worth the detour.
