Ben Anderson hand-planted the vines here in 1994, and the family has been running this Lenswood property ever since. Now a James Halliday Five Star winery, the cellar door restaurant opens Thursday to Monday for tastings and all-day lunch — cool-climate Adelaide Hills wines poured where the grapes were grown.
