The Story
Set across 28 acres of picnic grounds on the banks of the Hawkesbury River at Wilberforce, this village recreates an 1810 streetscape with more than 20 attractions, among them a bank, police station and shearing shed. Volunteers run the days, and visitors can grind flour, churn butter, feed animals, ride a hay wagon or explore thousands of antiques, machinery and vehicles on display.
