B Farm Murray's

Murray's Craft Brewing Co anchors this Port Stephens estate, which has grown to include a distillery, vineyard, restaurants, and glamping accommodation. The Darkside range — cold-brewed coffee liqueur, salted macadamia, honeycomb and eucalypt — signals the house personality: antipodean flavours pushed somewhere unexpected. Whale Ale and Angry Man Pale Ale remain the crowd constants. Two and a half hours from Sydney; considerably harder to leave.
