The Story
Echuca's first brewery in over a century, opened in 2014 by Tracey and Bruce Green, with Tracey as the brewer. The range leans on barrels: a Russian imperial stout aged in Lark whisky casks that took gold at the Australian International Beer Awards, a scotch ale rested three years in shiraz barrels, and a porter built on coffee roasted in Echuca. The bar sits inside the working brewery, open Thursday through select Saturdays, BYO food.
