Battery Point Distillery

A small stone building in Battery Point's lanes of 19th-century cottages holds the operation Jack Lark founded and Luke Lawrence now distils — double-distilling tiny batches from 100% Tasmanian malt, then ageing in vintage Spanish sherry, tawny, port and bourbon casks. Each batch varies; nothing is standardised. That's the point.
