Australia's oldest operating distillery, established in 1884 when a copper still from an abandoned steamboat launched their rum-making journey. Located at the original riverside site in Eagleby, they craft premium rum using local sugarcane molasses, Queensland rainwater, and traditional copper pot distillation methods.
