Bellebonne Cellar Door

Natalie Fryar has staked Bellebonne entirely on Tasmanian sparkling — nothing else. The cellar door in Legana is the place to taste why: the 2019 Blanc de Blancs, just 1,212 bottles, took Tyson Stelzer's Sparkling White of the Year for 2025, its nine years showing glacé pear, brioche and a texture Stelzer credits to Fryar alone. The 2015 Late Disgorged is available through the wine club.
