Six years of brewing before Tom and Phil finally opened their Bicheno taproom in 2025. The beers take names from local beaches, bays and surf breaks; the walls carry line drawings by east coast artist Dane Chisholm — penguins, waves, fishing lines. Small-town Tasmania bottled, literally.
