Black & Ginger Wines

Winemaker Hadyn Black and business partner Darcy Naunton launched this Pomonal label in 2015 with a tonne of Pyrenees Shiraz and an argument against Sauvignon Blanc. The virtual winery model lets Black source small batches of whatever grapes interest him — Vermentino, Graciano, Grenache — from Victorian growers rather than being locked to a single estate. Curious drinkers, welcome. Dog owners too.
