Sam and Fiona Wieland left Melbourne to set up in Shepparton's Goulburn Valley, where local plums form the base spirit for their gin range. The fruit-first logic is the point of difference — traditional botanicals do the rest. Farm-sourced, unfussy, and apparently good fun.
