Bone Idol Brewery

Launched in 2022, Bone Idol is head brewer Tim Anderssen's project — decades in the making, from blown-off homebrew lids to small-batch lagers brewed to German methodology using Tasmanian hops, no additives. The bar sits on Ruthven Street alongside sister venues The Plate and The Paddock Butchery, making it a logical anchor for an evening that moves from pint to plate to provisions.
