Bread and Brewery

Three friends with a pico-brewery in Morisset and a recycling fixation. The bar front is salvaged timber; the living wall is discarded pallets. Spent brewing grains go to a local chicken rescue rather than landfill. Beer first — bread, scones, and biscuits from those same grains are still coming. Small, lo-fi, and doing something genuinely odd with waste.
