The windmill still stands at 6 Mill Lane, Oatlands — restored, operational, and now housing a single malt distillery. Expressions like the Pedro Ximenez, Oloroso, and Solera draw on sherry-cask maturation; the Enigma sits at the entry point. Whisky writer Charles MacLean called it "the beginning of a revolution in Australian whisky." A second tasting room operates on Hobart's waterfront inside MACq 01.
