Captain Moreton's Rum School

Located at 109 Edward St in Brisbane's CBD, this hands-on distillery experience teaches guests to craft their own spirits using traditional copper stills. Classes run Thursday to Sunday, offering gin distilling with 180 botanicals to choose from, or rum school sessions where participants create their own 700ml spiced rum from 36 different spices and tinctures.
