The signature dry gin leans on Sichuan peppercorn, lemon verbena, and Meyer lemon; the oak gin rests six months in ex-Starward barrels. Bottle artwork by New York-based Seldon Hunt references the family's Lebanese heritage. Cellar door open for cocktails.
