Steve and Nadja met studying winemaking at Charles Sturt University, worked separately across Orange's cellars — he at Cumulus, she at Philip Shaw — then bought their own vineyard in 2020. ChaLou is where those parallel careers converge. Watch for the Chenin Blanc, currently reserved for wine club members, which tells you something about the demand.
