Located on the Charles Sturt University campus, this professionally-run winery operates as part of Australia's leading wine science school, combining state-of-the-art technology with traditional winemaking methods. The cellar door offers boutique wine tastings and a range of styles to suit every palate, open Wednesday to Saturday from 12pm to 6pm.
