Clover Cellars

Dave, a former Royal Navy sailor from Derry, started brewing during Darwin's Wet Season when the rain kept him indoors. He and his wife Shiree now run Hop and Clover Brewing Co as gypsy brewers out of The Rocks Brewery in Alexandria — both still holding down full-time jobs. The beer exists because confinement demanded a hobby.
