Dad & Dave's Brewing

Six family members — Dad, Dave, Mum, Jess, Scott and James — have been running this Brookvale brewery together since 2011. Their Czech-style pilsner took gold at the 2022 Australian International Beer Awards; the Citra & Mosaic IPA and a blueberry lager round out a range that swings between classic and odd. Thursday-to-Sunday tap room, beer garden, food truck on site.
