Damaged Goods partners with food brands to redirect surplus produce — smashed apples become aperitivo, spent citrus becomes gin — at their Swan Valley distillery, where tastings are bookable. Releases are small-batch and seasonal; the Yuzu Gin and Mandarin Gin sell out.
