Distillery Botanica

On Portsmouth Road in Erina, this distillery runs under master distiller Philip Moore, pairing spirit-making with a working garden. The distillery door opens Wednesday to Sunday for bottle sales, tastings and tasting paddles, with garden and distillery tours, cocktail-making classes and a distill-your-own workshop alongside the on-site Bar Botanica. Private events and gift certificates are also handled here.
