Located at the birthplace of the River Torrens in the pristine Adelaide Hills, this 160-acre estate uses minimalistic and biodynamic practices to craft wines from Shiraz, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. The natural spring that feeds their vineyard is believed to make their wines "a little closer to heaven."
