Eventide Hills Distillery

Kelli Smith distils her debut release — Reflection Gin — on the Atherton Tablelands using single-origin malts from Voyager Craft Malts in the Riverina and a copper pot still built in WA. The mash tun was fabricated locally from a recycled dairy vat. Spent grain goes to neighbouring livestock farms. Small operation, clear thinking.
