Forrest Brewing Company

Forrest's old general store — population 170, deep in the Otways — now houses a 600-litre brewhouse visible from the bar. Everything here is brewed on-site, hand-bottled and bottle-conditioned, using local heritage hops and Otways water. The kitchen matches dishes to the beers; mountain bikers roll in straight from the trails. Bring the dog.
