Fortitude Brewing

Two school friends turned corporate careerists, the founders of Fortitude eventually made good on an old plan and opened this brewery on Tamborine Mountain in 2012. Acquired by Catchment Brewing Co. in 2022, it sits a few degrees cooler than the valley below — useful in a Queensland summer. The Backbone Stout and Motown Brown are worth the drive up.
