Grainery Lane

A former grain warehouse on the lane that once supplied Ballarat's flour mills, now housing a distillery turning local wheat, herbs and berries into nine house gins and two vodkas. The main bar is saloon-era ornate — full-wall bar, chandeliers, 1880s furniture — while a 40-seat speakeasy sits behind a concealed wall at the back. Sunday G Tea runs $79 a head.
