Lachlan MacBean spent six years at Bluetongue before founding Grainfed in 2012, and the résumé shows. The Lambton shed pours a tight core range — Coal Porter, West Coast IPA Old School, session pale 2 Degrees — alongside rotating seasonals like a raspberry berliner and NZ pilsner. Thursday musical bingo and an annual Sausage Fest keep the locals returning between rounds.
