Grumpy Fish Distillery

Two friends, a carter head still and a base spirit from the Swan Valley — that's the origin story. The vapour-through-botanicals method skips macerating entirely, producing a gin that opens with juniper and closes with lavender and geranium. Grumpy Fish started at Paul Conti Wines in Woodvale and moved to a Gnangara unit in 2021. The hearts-only cut keeps yield low and quality honest.
