Havilah Wine

Havilah is the Charles Street home of the team behind Two Tonne Tasmania, and a place to taste Tasmanian wine against bottles from elsewhere. Two Tonne covers pinot noir, chardonnay and riesling, much of it from the team's own Tamar Valley vineyards. The Havilah label takes everything else, fizz and orange wine included, and Woodlawn, Ricky Evans's flagship, makes traditional-method sparkling. A kitchen and bottle shop sit alongside, and tastings run by appointment.
