Helios Brewing

Solar-powered and sustainably minded, this Yeerongpilly brewery had its environmental practices recognised at Brisbane's Lord Mayor Business Awards in 2021. The brewing infrastructure was custom-designed to reduce energy and water use — uncommon rigour for a small independent operation. Comedy nights and trivia filled the taproom through the week; the final pour is May 2.
