Lachlan Henry Fisher Rochfort started this small-batch distillery on Maude Street in 2020, steps from the Great Southern Ocean. The range has grown quickly: Citrus, Dry and Shiraz Gins, a Vodka, a Spiced Rum-style spirit, and a Single Malt Whisky now in the mix. Worth picking up a bottle if you're passing through Encounter Bay.
