Hop Nation's Footscray taproom pours 19 beers and seltzers on tap — including the XPA, The Heart and Melbourne Fog — from a warehouse-scale brewhouse where you can drink among the tanks. Chef Alex Addams Williams runs Good Pizza out of the kitchen: long-ferment dough in 13-inch rounds or thick pan cuts, toppings uncensored. Happy hour runs Thursday and Friday, four to six.
