Hopfields Brewery

The paddocks behind this Margate brewery once grew hops at scale; the fermenters now stand in the same heritage-listed shed that dried them. Nick and Bec spotted the potential in the old Brookfield building — a seed-drying facility with Yates company history going back to the early twentieth century — and turned it into a neighbourhood brewery open Wednesday through Sunday.
