On Tasmania's Channel coast at Kettering, Hunnington makes spirits under the Deadman's Point label — vapour-infused gin, fresh chilli vodka, real coffee bean vodka, and triple-distilled single malt whisky aged in sherry, apera, and bourbon casks.
