Island Coast Spirits

Small-batch Blackmans Bay distillery producing vodka, gin, rum and single malt whisky from Tasmanian water and local ingredients. The vodka — notes of citrus, black pepper and fresh-cut grass — took gold at the 2023 World Vodka Awards. Whisky releases are single-cask, individually numbered, finished across sherry, port, bourbon and Pedro Ximénez. The gin leans on lemon peel, black pepper and almonds.
