Jasper Hill Vineyard

A small, family-owned organic vineyard and winery established in 1975 on ancient Heathcote soils, crafting exceptional wines that express the region's unique terroir. Hand-tended dry-grown vines and careful winemaking produce distinctive Shiraz, Nebbiolo, Riesling and Fiano from their Emily's and Georgia's Paddock vineyards.
