Jones & Smith Distillery

Tony and Dot Jones started this family distillery in 2017 with their daughter Kylie and son-in-law Nicholas Smith — hence the name. Based outside Orange in Lucknow, they're making single malt whisky in cold Central West conditions that suit slow ageing. The cellar door is run by the family themselves, which shows.
