Brenton Schoemaker's taphouse at 11 Old Coach Road runs on low-and-slow smoke, Fleurieu Peninsula produce, and a weekly rhythm of wings nights, taco-and-quiz Thursdays, and live music from Friday through Sunday. The beer garden takes dogs; the fenced back lawn takes kids. It's a suburban brewery that's actually thought about who shows up.
