This off-grid distillery creates handmade single malt whisky using Kinglake's pristine Australian environment, producing the country's only certified carbon neutral whisky. Founded by 3rd generation locals, they offer monthly tours hosted by distiller Sam and have rewilded a third of their property to support endangered native species.
