Lake Macquarie Art Gallery

On the western shore of Lake Macquarie, MAC yapang runs five hectares of sculpture grounds alongside a changing exhibition program that mixes touring shows with locally rooted work. The Dobell Festival anchors the calendar; the Young Dobell invites portraits and landscapes from artists aged five to eighteen. Free guided tours run Wednesday and Saturday mornings at eleven.
