Loch Spirits

Craig Johnson and Mel Davies have spent over a decade working toward single malt whisky at their Loch Village operation, with gin and ale produced along the way. The gins run through hand-beaten alembic copper pot stills with stone-ground botanicals; the ales are bottle-conditioned British-style bitters and darks. Cellar door Friday to Sunday.
