Loophole runs entirely off-grid — solar, presumably — out of Cape Jaffa Wines' cellar door, twenty minutes from Robe. The taproom pours hazies, sours (the Sauvignon Blanc Sour, a collab with Shapeshifter, is worth noting), and a non-alc range. Book a tour to taste straight from the tank.
