Water comes from the family's hinterland farm; molasses from local cane growers. Everything — fermentation, distilling, maturation, bottling — happens on site at 4 Banksia Drive. The range runs from Silver Cane and a 12-year-old spiced rum to Falernum and two gins. Drop in, or book a distilling class, cocktail session, or tour.
