A family-owned boutique winery in the heart of the Hunter Valley, operating since 1986 and specializing in ultra-premium wines alongside handmade wine-inspired condiments, spreads and sauces crafted by Debra Moore. Visitors can meet Stella the red Kelpie, their rescue working dog who keeps the property's sheep in line.
