On a northeast-facing hillside 120 metres above the Tamar Valley floor, this family operation has been growing single-vineyard wines since 1997. The site sits 5 km from the river and 30 km from Bass Strait — cool enough for the slow ripening that gives the wines their depth. Small production, one vineyard, no shortcuts.
