Wathaurong Booln Booln Cultural Centre

Run by the Wathaurong Aboriginal community on Wathaurong Country at Grovedale, this centre takes its name, Booln Booln, from the lyrebird. It runs Welcome to Country and smoking ceremonies, yarn sessions, and workshops in basket weaving, dilly bag making and emu feather jewellery. The retail shop stocks work by Aboriginal artists and makers, and gardens and a conference space adjoin. Open Monday to Saturday.
