National Automobile Museum of Tasmania

Thirty-eight years of accumulation sit inside a converted space on Lindsay Street, Invermay. The rotating themes do real work — the current "Auto Culture Japan" display sits alongside a permanent Hall of Muscle devoted to Australian performance cars, and a Tasmanian Motorsport Hall of Fame. The automobilia shop is genuinely large. A museum that keeps moving its material around.
