Two mates — Sam (Noodles) and Alex (Doof) — converted a motor garage in the small Irish village of Koroit into a taproom and distillery. Beers run seasonal and small-batch; spirits lean on native botanicals sourced through Worn Gundidj Bush Foods. The Davidson Plum Gin and Koroit Potato Vodka alone are worth the detour from Warrnambool.
