Thomas and Kate Honnef and Cal and Rosie Irons planted their first vines here in 1998. The 150-acre property now runs a cellar door reborn as Ocean View Providore — coffee, cheese, antipasto, bottles to go — alongside a restaurant and winery where Thomas's daughter Hannah makes the wine. Picnic grounds come with the property.
